This is a picture off the back deck. The boys are amidst a snow ball fight!
This is the beginning of the sliding hill.
This is the end. You can't even see the end in this picture as the trail wraps around the trees!

On our last night Brain decide that the boys need to do some night time sliding!
After that crazy weekend my mom and I threw a baby shower for our friend Summer. But that was not all, my mom was in the middle of report cards and the shower was on a Friday afternoon, which meant I had to do a lot of preparation for it! The shower was well worth it, ever one had a great time and in all honesty my Mom and I had a lot of fun pulling it together.

This is Summer, she is due April 25th with a little girl. (I don't believe it is a girl, but we will find out soon!)
Our beautiful cupcakes decorated by yours truly!
We love to hang a clothes line, makes a great decoration and the mom gets a whole outfit!
What baby shower is complete without a chocolate fountain?

Now it seems as if Easter has just popped up on us. We have had Sam's Spring show this week, all the Easter parties at the kids schools on top of our normal week. I must say even though we have been busy, I do love it. And if we were not all ready unprepaired for Easter I decide tonight I would make Easter cookies for my Mom's class. So the last picture of the post is of the Bunny cookies that will be making there way down to my Mom's school tomorrow!
If I don't get another post out by Sunday, I hope you all have a wonderful Easter.

Looks like fun! Those cupcakes are so cute (and look so yummy), and the bunny cookies are adorable too!
You asked awhile ago for a book recommendation--sorry, I'm a little slow! :) Honestly I've thought about it and spiritual books on mothering, can't think of a particularly great one. BUT, a GREAT book about children and their value (which of course ties into mommyhood) is "Too Small to Ignore: Why Children are the Next Big Thing" by Wess Stafford (CEO of Compassion, Intl.) One of the BEST books I've ever read.
OK, I guess you've made up for no BLOGing for a while. I love all the pics.
I do want to know if the cookies got to school, or if Hershey ate them (like the cupcakes last year).
Happy Easter!
